This project focused on improving the hotel booking experience on the BTO platform (powered by KOGO). The goal was to create a seamless, transparent, and user-friendly interface for users booking accommodations.
Problem
Despite offering premium hotel listings and discounts, there was very low conversion rates of users who complete the booking. The booking interface faced the following UX issues

I followed an end-to-end UX process—from understanding the brief and researching user needs to prototyping, testing, and finally collaborating with developers for a smooth handoff.
Design Components
To support the unique needs of the Hotel booking ecosystem, I designed a modular component library focused on reusability, clarity, and engagement.

The results were positive and satisfying—post release, I continued refining the interface based on user feedback, leading to even more impactful improvements.
